I went in for a tour almost a month ago, and had the pleasure of meeting one of the leasing agents, Caitlin. She really took the time to learn about what was important to me in my apartment search–which I really appreciated. She gave me a thorough tour and had answers to all of my questions. As other commenters have said, there is construction. If you are on the Taylor street side of the building you can hear it in the morning. That said, the Griff really does the most to make up for it. Great amenities, fast service, good community events. The people that put on the events will somehow remember your name from the first time they meet you and will make sure to call you by name when they see you around. It’s seriously impressive. Would recommend living here, especially if you wake up early anyway for work.
